40 - Ginkgophyta

The Ginko card represents dignity. Stately, beautiful, and long lived in the right circumstance, ginko trees have an air of ancient authority. While sometimes circumstance dictates a loss of dignity, it can always be carried within. To have dignity though difficulty is a feat, and one that should be lauded. In a reading a call for dignity may take different forms, but one should look to maintain the actions and outlook that retain both their own dignity and decency, and those around them that might suffer a need of it too. While only one extant species remains of this Phylum, its ancient lineage is clear, and its unique nature only makes it more stately.
